Positive: Size of property. Clean. Big garden with pool and bbq. Perfect for larger groups!
Negative: A bit dated. Could be modernised here and there. Low pressure in showers. Chimney of bbq to be checked. And pool had a leak basically we had to poor addtl water non stop
